Toolsie Persaud Limited Group of companies (TPL) is a privately owned company, registered in Guyana under the Companies Act Chapter 89:01 of the Laws of Guyana.

The Group is vertically integrated in the building and construction industry. It is involved in Logging, sawmilling, marine transport, quarrying, light manufacturing including P.V.C. pipes, garden hose, plain and corrugated roofing sheets, rainwater gutter, steel rods and general hardware business.

Our timber industry is one that promotes sustainable forestry practices in every area of operation .Toolsie Persaud Limited and Interior Forest Industries Inc. are cognizance of the importance to engage in sustainable forest practices in order to preserve their forest concessions. We only use the recommended equipment and practices as recommended by the Guyana Forestry Commission and the Environment Protection Agency. ( EPA )

The company has two Sawmilling Complexes; one located at Anarika, 45 kilometres upstream of the town of Bartica, on the right bank of the Essequibo River and the other at its headquarters in Georgetown. These sawmills produce over six million board feet of lumber annually, supplied from two timber concessions with a total acreage of approximately 350,000 hectares (865,000 acres).

Toolsie Persaud Quarries Inc is Guyana’s largest producer and supplier of crushed stone, boulders, gabions and other quarry products for road building, sea defenses and other major construction projects in Guyana and Overseas. Our Quarries can produce any specification of aggregates for what ever your building needs are.

Our export market ranges from United States of America, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Caribbean, Europe, Asia,etc.
